A Jersey-based IT company that provides business and professional services and solutions has recently announced several new team members.
SystemLabs has appointed Hugh McMillan as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in the Professional Services Team.
In the Managed Services Team, John Gillies has been appointed as a Business Support Engineer and Matt Fox, Zak Davidson and George Falla have been appointed as Customer Support Engineers.
Mr McMillan joins the business following his experience in the local telecoms industry in Linux, IT infrastructure and IP networking.
In his new role, Mr McMillan will be leading SystemLabs’ client projects with a focus on IT infrastructure to deliver excellent client experience.
Mr Gillies has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. At SystemLabs, Mr Gillies will focus on creating unique security-focused solutions for SystemLabs’ clients.
Mr Fox comes from a background in customer experience combined with a passion for technology. In his new role, Mr Fox will be responsible for resolving frontline customer issues, ensuring that these are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Mr Falla has worked in junior IT roles while completing his degree in electronic engineering. He will ensure SystemLabs’ clients operations are running smoothly as part of the Managed Services Team.
Finally, Mr Davidson joins with experience in IT Support for the education industry in Jersey. In his new role, Zak will support clients with their day-to-day technical requirements, addressing issues and proactively supporting their services.
These appointments reflect SystemLabs’ continued growth and investment into delivering a high-quality customer experience for their clients, according to the company.
