Collas Crill has made a promotion to Conveyancer in its property team.
Barney Orr, who is taking on the role, was previously a trainee in the same department.
Partner Martin Le Boutillier said: "Barney expertly handles a variety of matters including residential sales, purchases and re-finances in what has been a very busy period for the property team and I am delighted to see him progressing in his career."
