Property and bridging development lender Sancus has made three appointments in its Jersey team.
Neil Spacie and Eric Vasconcelos are joining as business development managers and Evelina Woszczynska as loan administrator.
Mr Spacie’s finance career spans nearly two decades, with 10 years at Standard Chartered managing private clients’ wealth across sub-Saharan Africa. He then joined the family business in 2018, designing and supplying timber framed houses to construction markets in Jersey, Guernsey and the UK.
Mr Vasconcelos joins after 11 years at Barclays where he started in personal banking, later moving on to premier banking where he dealt with high value, local clients.
Ms Woszczynska started her in retail management before moving to finance, including a position at Barclays where she acted as liaison between clients and back-office teams.
Jersey Director Josh Eyre commented: “We are delighted to welcome Neil, Eric and Evelina who complement perfectly the existing knowledge we have within our offshore business and join us on an ambitious growth journey through 2022 and beyond.
“Their combined experience across the development, finance and high net worth sectors put Sancus well placed to expand its reach within the alternative lending space.”
