Two key promotions strengthen Rowlands partnership model

Recruitment agency Rowlands have announced that they are promoting two key members of their team to strengthen their partnership model.

Georgina Moehle has been promoted from Head of Client Services to Director, and David Lemasney has been promoted from Recruitment Consultant to Senior Recruitment Partner.

Ms Moehle has a BSc in Psychology and a counselling qualification and moved to Jersey in 2012 when she began her career in recruitment with Rowlands. 

“Over the last ten years, I have had the privilege of working with and developing an exceptional team in a business, which has gone from strength to strength. I am extremely proud to be stepping into the role of Director for such an inspiring company.”

Mr Lemasney has worked at Rowlands for two years and as a private physiotherapist for five years previously.

“Making such a big career change could have been daunting, but I have been fortunate in joining the highly experienced and supportive team at Rowlands. My role allows me to utilise my communication skills and teamwork, which I love. I look forward to developing even stronger partnerships with our candidates and clients as I move into this more senior role.”
