Volaw Group has announced that it has formed a new 'Client Service Excellence' team.
The new team will be headed up by Associate Director Karen Grieve and supported by Debbie du Feu and Suzanne Young.
The team will help clients throughout the process of starting work with Volaw, coach Managers and teams, resolve disputes as well as taking responsibility for internal processes between clients and staff.

Karen has over 25 years’ experience of working closely with clients, getting to know them and their families and understanding how we can make a difference to them. This made her the perfect person to lead the new team and we are really excited about the focus they can bring to us. Clients have understandably high expectations and we are looking to exceed them every day. The team is a vital element of our plans to grow Volaw over the next five years.”
