Ardent Chambers and BDO Sator Regulatory Consulting Limited, recently hosted a CPD seminar that focused on trust and corporate governance and control at a time of growing regulation and an increased international exchange of information.
Entitled, ‘The Untouchables’, this not-for-profit event was attended by over 120 professionals from across Jersey’s finance industry including trustees, MLROs and company directors. In all, the event raised £2,250 for charity that will be donated to the Jersey Christmas Appeal.
“We were delighted that so many professionals from Jersey’s financial services industry were able to attend this cutting-edge seminar,” said Howard Sharp QC of Ardent Chambers. “As well as providing vital information, “The Untouchables” also helped us make a significant contribution to the Jersey Christmas Appeal.”
