Asset Risk Consultants has further strengthened its investment offering with the promotion of three employees in its Guernsey office.

Paul Wallbridge has been promoted to associate director, a role in which he will provide investment consulting services to a number of private and institutional clients within the investment consulting team. His new role will also have direct responsibility for the firm’s institutional consulting business.

Mr Wallbridge joined ARC in July 2001, having previously worked for Deutsche Bank in Guernsey on their investment dealing desk. He specialises in working with charities and financial institutions, helping them organise and manage their investment affairs. He is a member of the CFA Institute, becoming a CFA charterholder in 2012, the CFA Society of the UK and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

He said: “I am looking forward to the challenges that I will face in my new role continuing to work with the strong investment team that ARC have established over a period of fifteen years.”

Andrew Kettlety has been promoted to senior investment analyst in recognition of his success both in passing his CFA exams and his growing client-facing responsibilities.

Mr Kettlety joined ARC in 2010 having spent six years working in the City of London. For part of this time, he worked for Butterfield Private Bank, where he was responsible for implementing an equity algorithmic trading system and developing the company’s portfolio performance attribution reporting.

Andrew Renouf has been promoted to the role of investment consultant. Mr Renouf joined ARC in October 2007 after working at Credit Suisse for 13 years as a best execution securities dealer both in Guernsey and Monaco. Originally from a commercial background, he worked for seven years as a purchasing manager at US manufacturing company, Dynatech. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and has recently been awarded the foundation Islamic Finance Qualification.

ARC group managing director, Graham Harrison, said: “ARC prides itself on its employee focus and strongly encourages staff training to help build successful careers. Paul, Andrew and Andy have all demonstrated time after time, a dedicated quality service to their clients and have shown a great commitment to the company. I’m sure that their growing expertise and knowledge will bring substantial benefits to our clients.

“It is always a pleasure to see our staff progress through the ranks and I wish them all my sincere congratulations for their well-deserved achievements.”
