The CIPD Jersey Branch will be hosting its annual conference at the Pomme D’Or Hotel on Thursday 22nd November 2018. Entitled ‘Fast Forward’, the conference will focus on the future of work, looking at how Business Leaders and HR Professionals will need to plan for a change in culture, technology and wellbeing support whilst keeping up with the demands of the workforce and business environment.
Jayne Coppin CIPD Jersey Branch Chair, said ‘We are delighted to have attracted some high-profile speakers to this event. The Future of Work is a ‘hot’ topic area given the fast-moving pace of the working environment. It is important that employers look to provide support, ensuring that the objective of achieving financial targets is offset with well-constructed strategies supporting employees. We believe that those attending the Conference will gain a real insight into the areas that will be key to the success of future planning and will help to underpin business success’.
