Easenmyne foodservice has been accrediated under the Investors In People since 2011.The review was undertaking over a two day period and included one- to- one interviews with staff from all sections and levels within the organisation. Furthermore, 2017 saw their sister company Phoenix Foodservice in Guernsey achieve the Bronze Accrediation.

The report noted that staff feel that their contribution to the success of the company is recongised and valued. Many staff felt that “the company looks after its staff, seeing them as people rather than just staff members”. Our roots are embedded in a family ethos; we work closely together with the same goal in mind; to provide the best products and services we possibly can.

Martina McGibey, Commercial Director said “It’s an honour to achieve this accrediation, the team and I are dead proud. ” We had achieved a bronze back in 2014 but it was our key focus to achieve a bronze across both sites in Jersey and with our sister company in Guernsey, Phoenix Foodservice. Its important our colleagues understand their purpose. We all have vital part in delivering our vision for the future.

Jackie Barrett Managing Director of People Performance Consulting and IIP specialist for Jersey said "Great people make a great business and Easenmyne  and Phoenix Foodservice should feel proud and delighted that it has secured Investors in People Bronze status. It is a real testament to everybody. It was evident that the team are fully committed to every employees development, recognition and satisfaction which is fundamental to the growth of their business”
