Hand Picked Hotels in Jersey has invested in new state-of-the-art technology to help you face up to winter.
The award-winning Spas at the AA Five Star Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa and the AA Four Red Star L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa will be the first in Jersey to introduce the Elemis Biotech Skin lab, a revolutionary skin analysis system that uses clinical imaging to look deep beneath the surface of the skin.
The machine takes a number of different photographs, providing a detailed 3D facial mapping analysis so that the spa’s experienced therapists can identify any UV damage, wrinkles, problem pores, areas of sensitivity and also determine your exact skin type during what is a very bespoke, personalised lifestyle consultation.
Commenting on the new equipment, Matt Riley, Interim Health Club & Spa Manager, Jersey, said, “The Spa team are delighted with this fantastic imaging system which, in just fifteen minutes, allows them to take a much closer look at the skin than the naked eye would allow. This means that our therapists can then advise on a truly personalised skincare and treatment programme. It’s a much more holistic approach to finding the perfect facial!”
