Now in its seventh year, Prosperity 24/7 is looking forward to welcoming 15 corporate teams back to vent their fury by hitting the saddle and pedal furiously to raise money for two local charities – Macmillan Jersey and Dementia Jersey.
Taking place on Friday 10 September at The Yard at the Jersey Museum from 9am to 4pm, each team of three will compete in a fast paced 30 minute race using 3D race technology and turbo bike trainers to take on a gruelling virtual stage of the Tour De France.
There are two ways to gain points and make it to the podium – race day performance and charity fundraising, so it’s not just about speed, the more money raised, the higher up the leader board each team goes.
The final three teams will go 'head to head to head' to see who takes first place and win the coveted Prosperity Day trophy to display with pride in their place of work.
In the last six years, Prosperity Day has helped to raise more that £100,000 for local charities and making a difference to the local community is an important part of Prosperity 24/7’s business ethos.

CEO Chris Clark commented, “Prosperity 24/7 feels privileged to be in a position to support our broader community as well as the digital economy, demonstrating how a well run business can make a positive contribution to the Island we call home. Last year’s fundraising event was one of the few to happen, whilst adhering to strict Government Social Distancing guidelines, yet we still managed to raise an incredible £12,470 for our chosen charities. We look forward to welcoming all the cyclists taking part on Friday to help smash that total and of course have a lot of fun in the process. ”
