Sure has become the only company in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man to be awarded Mitel Silver Partner Status.
Mitel is one of the world’s leading providers of business communications systems and has an extensive client base in the islands, where organisations of all sizes use its equipment and software. To achieve Silver Partner status, Mitel analysed Sure’s technical, pre-sales and sales processes as well as verifying that the company has the requisite number of associate, professional and specialist qualifications.
When speaking about the award, Mitel acknowledged the longevity of Sure’s relationship with the company.
