Carey Olsen's Guernsey corporate lawyers have advised Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd. (PSH) in connection with the admission of its ordinary shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and commencement of trading on the Premium Segment of the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
Effective on 2 May 2017, investors will now be able to trade PSH shares on both the LSE and Euronext Amsterdam, where it has been listed since 2014. The listing on the Main Market of the LSE is expected to improve market access and to increase liquidity in PSH shares.
Carey Olsen’s corporate team in Guernsey was led by partner Annette Alexander, assisted by senior associate Gemma Campbell, and worked alongside lead counsel Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.
Ms Alexander said: “Listing on the Main Market of the LSE is a significant and exciting step for PSH. Our involvement demonstrates Carey Olsen’s extensive expertise listing these types of vehicles.”
