A record number of teams took part in this year's Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management Inter-Firm Relay in Guernsey.
57 teams of four runners took on the gruelling one mile loop course in St Peter Port and with the official results now confirmed, the winners in each category have been announced. In the men's relay race it was James Priest, Ben Saul, Kieran Ashworth and Tom Ogier of BWK who took line honours. For the ladies, Wacky Racers Gemma Le Sauvage, Alison Lihou, Emma Beardsal and Vanessa Rodrigues were first and in the mixed event, Specsavers' Tom Bradshaw, Tina Bury, Rob Gregson and Chris Gilman were champions.
The fastest man was Ben Creasey and fastest woman was Louise Smith. The event is organised by Guernsey Athletics and sponsored by Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management whose Head of Wealth Management in Guernsey, Andy Finch said, "Yet again, this was another fantastic event with runners of all ages and abilities taking on the challenge in a competitive but fun spirit. We congratulate not just the winners but everyone who took part."
