Tickets for the Livingroom House Lottery are now on sale and demand is high with only 5,000 tickets for sale.
At £150 per ticket, all the money raised will go to Hope for a Child and further substantial donations to The Hub, Action for Children and the Saumarez Park Playground Appeal.
First prize is a brand new, luxury two-bedroom house (inclusive of all legal and court fees) tucked away at the rear of the Infinity Gardens development on La Vrangue. No.6 boasts a private garden, additional communal parkland garden and two parking spaces.

Announcing the lottery at the Livingroom 10th anniversary party Livingroom founder and managing director, Simon Torode, said his estate agency was delighted to be involved in a community initiative which will result in a Guernsey resident winning a new home and funds raised for four Guernsey charities.
