OFC Partners are delighted to be representing a high growth international Digital Assets business in possession of the newly created VASP licence who have recently established their presence on island? This well capitalised firm continues to win significant new client mandates and are growing their team on internationally which includes this senior compliance role in JerseyYour primary role will be to work with the group to implement the Financial Crime Compliance (CFCC) Risk Type Framework, Policies and Standards in the business Jersey entity. The role holder will also operate as the MLRO and meet all local reporting obligations. This role includes oversight of compliance activities, including trade, market, and communications surveillance.
