Our client is seeking a Client Service Advisor to join their dynamic Client Services Team, on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality advice and aiming for first-time resolution across a wide range of activities. You will act as a key contact for all clients, ensuring service excellence at every interaction and promoting the full range of services available. Job Duties: Act as the first point of contact for all client, colleague, and stakeholder enquiries, resolving issues promptly where possible Promote the full range of services to maintain effective and efficient service delivery Handle sensitive situations and complaints, escalating to management when required Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Housing and Financial management system (QL) Prepare reports and collate statistics as required by the management team Manage outsourced contracts, ensuring standards are met and income is correctly accounted for Provide administrative support to the wider teams as required Perform any other duties as needed in line with business requirements Job Requirements: A minimum of five GCSEs, including Maths and English Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle sensitive issues Experience in customer care, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks calmly and professionally Good computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office, with experience in customer management software being advantageous Excellent organisation skills and a collaborative team player Entitled to work residential status What Youll Love:You will be part of a client-obsessed team, passionate about delivering excellent service to a diverse range of clients.
