The case of a 20-year-old man accused of dealing cannabis has been referred to the Royal Court.
Kahmal Ali Coughlan is alleged to have supplied the drugs between 9 April and 12 October in 2021.
He is also charged with possessing criminal cash.
Assistant Magistrate Peter Harris said the case was too serious for the Magistrate’s Court to deal with when Mr Coughlan appeared before him this week.
Mr Coughlan was told to attend the Royal Court on 3 March.
