A 28-year-old man accused of assaulting a woman on five different occasions is to face a Royal Court trial later this year.
Appearing before the Bailiff on Friday morning, Mark John Bartlett pleaded not guilty to committing common assault in February 2022, in May 2020 and July 2020.
He also denied committing grave and criminal assaults in March 2020 and April 2020.
Represented by Advocate David Steenson, Mr Bartlett also pleaded not guilty to a charge of causing malicious damage to a glass-panelled door at a property in St. Helier in February of this year.
The Royal Court set a trial date of 7 November, which is scheduled for five days.
He was remanded on conditional bail until 4 July, when a pre-trial hearing will take place.
