Every weekend, Express presents a selection of exhibitions, performances, workshops, events and other historic, creative and delicious content to help islanders get their weekly dose of culture.

Here's this week's offering...

Halloween at Havana

Fancy dress is welcome all weekend at Havana night club's Halloween weekend.

Expect everything Drum and Bass in the main room on Friday 25 October with a host of acts from Regulate DnB.

Saturday 26 October then hosts Rob Snow with DJ Lucas and special guest Alex - The Violin Mistress, in a free spooky show with an hour of extra music after the clocks go back.

The fun continues into Sunday 27 September with a Sunday Social in the Crib with DJ Lucas.

Halloween Hunt

Ransoms Garden Centre are hosting a Halloween themed free family-fun day from 10:00 til 16:00 on Saturday 26 Octoer.

Expect tricks, treats and prizes and anyone in fancy dress will have the chance of winning extra on the day.

Carnival of the Dead

Step into a "haunting" Watersplash this Saturday 26 October for a monstrous line-up of acts in Carnival of the Dead 360.

UK headliners, local artists, costume prizes, multiple genres and an extra hour of entertainment are set for what organisers are calling Jersey's "biggest" halloween event.

The event is for those aged 16 and above and opens at 22:00. Find more information HERE.

Pumpkin patch

For anyone who still needs to secure their pumpkin, Master Farms still has slots available to collect locally grown pumpkins and squash on Monday 28 October and Thursday 31 October.

Take a trip through their maize maze, meet Jersey calves, make Halloween arts and crafts, ride John Deere pedal tractors and even toast marshmallows on an open fire.

Meet the Gruffalo

The Gruffalo is coming to Jersey Zoo!

Meet the monster with the terrible teeth with purple spines down his back on Sunday 27 and Wednesday 30 October at Durrell's Discovery Centre.

'Festival of Fear'

Witness classic horror at the Jersey Arts Centre in An Unholy Trinity from Wednesday 20 October to Saturday 2 November.

ArtsCentreTheatre will perform a triple-bill of ghoulish tales adapted for the stage by Jersey's Jason Kenyon including Edgar Allan Poe's The Tell Tale Heart, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson and The Monkey's Paw by W.W Jacobs.

Spooky Vines

La Mare Wine Estate are joining in this spooky season with adventure filled 'Spooky Vines' on Sunday 27 October in collaboration with Little Lux Catering.

Expect a range of family-friendly activities including a spooky trail, a halloween disco, trick or treating, themed sensory play and a chocolate making workshop.

Spooktacular Adventure Golf

Rocco's Activity Centre is hosting a Halloween adventure golf party on Wednesday 30 October.

Suitable for children aged five and over, the fun starts at 17:30 and plans to finish at 19:00 with plenty of spooky snacks and prizes up for grabs.
