Local and international artists are invited to apply for a residency project that will involve living inside Elizabeth Castle for seven days.
The lock-in project, which will take place in March next year, is open to professional artists aged 21 and over from all disciplines and backgrounds.
The idea is to provide a mix of local and international artists with time and space to consider new ways of working and collaborating with people of different practices.
This will be the ninth instalment of the lock-in series organised by ArtHouse Jersey, which has engaged over 100 artists since the launch of the programme in 2011.
The arts organisation said: “In association with WildWorks and Jersey Heritage, this unique project is produced by ArtHouse Jersey and provides artists with the time and space to consider new ways of working and to collaborate with people of different practices and art forms.”
The 12-person residency will include accommodation, meals, and materials at the recently renovated Elizabeth Castle.
Artists interested in applying must be over 21 years of age, and can find the application pack on ArtHouse Jersey's website.
The application deadline is 18:00 on Monday 11 November 2024. The residency will take place between Sunday 9 and Sunday 16 March 2025.
