A man charged with attempted murder, and two counts of grave and criminal assault on two other people, is to face a Royal Court trial later this year.
27-year-old Darren McKeegans from Lanarkshire is charged with attempting to kill Declan Blake in October last year at Leslie Sinel Close in St Helier by stabbing him multiple times. He also faces a lesser charge of grave and criminal assault on Mr Blake.
In addition McKeegans is charged with two further grave and criminal assaults on a man and a woman. It’s claimed those assaults also took place at a flat at Leslie Sinel Close on 1 October 2017.
Five days have been set aside for the trial which will start on 30th April.
