Wednesday 30 August 2017

Police are appealing for information after a cat was found dead in a bin store in the early hours of Monday.

They believe that a person “deliberately caused harm” to the animal in the area of Hampshire Gardens, which faces onto Aquila Road in St Helier, between 8:00 and 8:30 on Sunday morning.

The feline was later found discarded in the estate's bin store at approximately midnight the next day.
