The vaccination centre at Fort Regent's Queen's Hall is set to close in the new year, the Government has announced.
The closure, which comes following a decision made during the recent Government Plan debate, will see vaccines delivered in primary care centres instead.
Public Health is now working with primary care representatives such as GPs and pharmacists to confirm how and where the vaccine will be made available.
The jabs will still be on offer at rock-up clinics.
Professor Peter Bradley, Director of Public Health, said: “Moving the delivery of Covid-19 vaccination into primary care signifies how far we have come since the first vaccines were delivered in Jersey.
"Colleagues at the vaccination centre played an important part in the island’s response to Covid-19 and have delivered over 289,000 vaccinations.
"We are incredibly grateful for all their good work and dedication to keeping islanders safe during the pandemic"
He added: “Public Health will be working together with primary care to transfer the service and ensure that islanders continue to have access to the best protection against serious illness from Covid-19.”
