Grands Vaux School is to reopen after being forced to close following yesterday's flash floods.
An inspection of the school site has determined that the building was not damaged by the flooding, although some of the school's outdoor spaces have been damaged.
These areas will remain closed for the time being.
Parents of students at Grand Vaux are being asked to walk their children to school if possible, as the roads may be busy. They are also being asked to leave longer than usual for their journey as the roads may be obstructed with mud and debris.
All roads that were closed during the flooding have now reopened and are safe to use, albeit with caution, and all buses operating in the area have now resumed their normal timetable and routes.
The Grands Vaux Youth Club will also reopen tomorrow.
