JT’s customer satisfaction scores have increased across the board in the latest survey, but they’re still lagging behind Sure and Airtel.
The competition watchdog has this morning published its third customer satisfaction survey for mobile services.
They say that the proportion of customers rating their mobile service as satisfactory or highly satisfactory is as follows:
Sure – 80%.
Airtel – 78%.
JT – 58%.
Channel Islands Competition Regulatory Authority Director Louise Read said: “It is encouraging that JT has made significant across-the-board improvements. It appears to be responding to customers’ feedback, has initiated improvements and is seeing customer satisfaction ratings improve as a result.
“The results for Sure and Airtel suggest that these operators have been unable to deliver sustained, across the board improvements.
“We are now looking to all three operators to demonstrate the ability to achieve sustainable improvements in customer satisfaction.
“We encourage customers to use these survey results to help them decide which mobile provider they choose in the future.”
The survey results were based on 500 responses.
A similar survey measuring satisfaction with landline services was released earlier this month, and another on broadband services is due soon.
