Islanders are being offered the opportunity to try out free exercise classes to mark National Fitness Day this week.
Taking place on Wednesday 18 September, the day aims to encourage people to get moving – no matter their fitness level – to start building habits that will improve their health.
To mark the day, non-members will be able to try some of Active's classes for free, at Springfield and Les Quennevais.
Places are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Free gym sessions will also be available at Springfield and Les Quennevais for the day.
Throughout the day, competitions will be held and a National Fitness Day Leaderboard Challenge will be at each fitness site.
Participants could be in with the chance of winning a year's Active membership, worth £539.55, plus many other prizes.
