A man accused of causing the deaths of a father and son in a hit-and-run has appeared in court.
Dylan John Pounds (29) is alleged to have caused the deaths of 48-year-old Dean Lowe and his 11-year-old son Charlie in a collision on Rue de Fauvic in Grouville on 5 August last year.
Mr Pounds faces two charges of causing death by dangerous driving, as well as charges of failing to report an accident, using a mobile phone while driving and possession of cannabis.
He also faces unrelated charges of being concerned in the supply of cannabis and cocaine.
Mr Pounds was released on bail at the Magistrate's Court to return on 12 April.
