A 45-year-old man has pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent assault on a young girl and will be sentenced by the Royal Court later this year.
Martin Frederick Daly, who is defended by Advocate Jonathan Turnbull, admitted indecently assaulting her in August 2016.
Mr Daly will appear in the Royal Court on 27 October when a date will be set for his sentencing.
As a result of his guilty plea, he has automatically been added to the Sex Offenders' Register. The period during which he will remain on the register will be decided on sentencing.
