A 42-year-old man has been granted bail before standing trial for six counts of indecent assault against two boys.
Lee Albert Phoenix pleaded not guilty to all six counts.
Defence Advocate Mark Boothman made an application for bail, which was subsequently granted by the Deputy Bailiff Tim Le Cocq QC, sitting with Jurats Charles Blampied and Pam Pitman.
Mr Phoenix has been remanded on bail, subject to various conditions, until an interim hearing on 5 November when he will be remanded further until his trial in the Royal Court on 25 February next year.
Commenting on the lateness of the earliest possible trial date, Crown Advocate Julian Gollop said: “It is a regret that the Court’s diary is so busy between now and the end of the year.”
