Police are searching for an Audi owner, who blocked the way of a van driver before exiting his car to threaten and hurl abuse at him.
The display of "road rage" - as Police have dubbed the incident - took place on Tuesday around 11:10 on St. John's Road, prior to the pet shop and after the Tower Road turning.
The black Audi reportedly followed the van from the Esplanade all the way up St. John's Road, where it overtook the white van then suddenly stopped in front of it.
Having blocked the van, the car driver then exited his vehicle, approaching the van.
