The police have launched their own advent calendar to help Islanders stay safe this Christmas.
Each day you can open up a new door and get some tips on how to look after yourself over the festive period.
The campaign covers issues like domestic abuse, life in custody, boozing and drink driving and you can also get a glimpse into what it’s like working for the Force over Christmas.
You can go behind the scenes with police dog handlers, the Licensing Unit and Domestic Violence Officers.
Chief Inspector Lee Turner said: “We always have so many important messages to give to people over Christmas, but we also want to give them an insight into some of the key jobs that officers will be doing over the Christmas period.
“As with every year the Force wants people to be safe and have an enjoyable time and little things can help them with that, simple things like keeping their valuables locked away to monitoring the amount they are drinking.
“It is also a chance for us to explain the roles of some of our many officers and staff who will be working over the Christmas period to keep the island safe.”
Their advent campaign runs for the next two weeks and you can find out what's behind today's door here.
