A cyclist with "minor injuries" was left on the side of a road following a collision with a vehicle earlier this year, according to police.
Police are appealing for information following the alleged incident, which took place at 14:30 on Saturday 5 October on Le Mont de Gouray in St Martin.
In a statement, the force said that a black Honda CR-V was driving behind a pedal bike whilst descending the hill.
The car is believed to have hit the back wheel of the bike, causing the cyclist to fall off their bike.
Police said that the driver did not stop to report the incident and drove off, leaving the cyclist at the side of the road.
The cyclist sustained minor injuries.
A white vehicle was seen ascending the hill at the same time.
