Appeal for witnesses to minibus hitting pram

Monday 03 July 2017

Jersey Police are appealing for witnesses after a mother pushing her two young children in a pram was hit by a minibus.

Although all three were taken to A&E, none of them sustained serious injuries, as it's believed the vehicle was travelling slowly at the time.

The driver, a 50-year-old man, was said to be driving a white Mercedes minibus. The crash took place at the junction of Great Union Road and Devonshire Place on Friday afternoon.

Anyone with information is asked to please contact the Police on 612612 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
