Police hunt man who allegedly grabbed woman by the neck

Police are appealing for witnesses after a male allegedly took hold of a woman by the neck.

The alleged incident, which took place near the Fire Station at Rouge Bouillion at around 23:30 last Saturday, involved an argument between the pair.

A physical altercation between the two was later reported in which the man took hold of the woman’s neck.

Police say the male involved wore a white t-shirt and black trousers, while the female had a blue dress and carried two large bags.
