Police are looking to identify someone spotted walking in the area of Mont Huelin on Saturday night as the search for a 51-year-old islander not seen since Saturday continues.
Thomas Frost was last seen at his parents' address, situated on a lane above L'Etacq in St. Ouen, on Saturday 11 February around 22:00.
A specialist team of around 30 detectives and search officers has been put together to look for him.
So far, searches using planes, drones and lifeboats have been unable to locate Mr Frost.
As the sixth night into Thomas’ disappearance approaches, Police said in an update this afternoon: "...Police continue to appeal for any private CCTV, dash-cam footage and camera doorbells positioned in the western parishes.
"Over the next few days 'Missing Person' posters will be distributed to commercial premises, Parish Halls in St. Ouen and St. Peter and other places and areas thought to be relevant. They will also be handed out to LibertyBus and the Jersey Taxi Drivers Association.
"Police would especially like to identify a person seen walking on Le Mont Huelin on Saturday night around 21:30 and 22:00. This person was wearing dark clothing and carrying a small light. Police would like to speak to this person so they can be eliminated from their enquiries."
