A 42-year-old man who pleaded guilty to a raft of Class A drug-related offences has been told it’s likely he’ll be sent to prison.
John Alexander Hutcheson pleaded guilty to six offences in total in the Royal Court on Friday.
He admitted having 333g of amphetamine and 44 tablets of MDMA (example pictured above), which is commonly known as ecstasy.
Pictured: MDMA most commonly comes in tablet form, but can be found in a variety of colours and patterns.
His lawyer told the court it was an exceptional case and he’d be asking for a non-custodial sentence.
Mr Hutcheson has been released on bail and ordered to appear back in court on 31 August.
