St. Saviour's Hill had to be closed this morning after a car was seriously damaged by a fallen tree.
Jersey Fire & Rescue Services responded to the incident at around 09:45, but the road has since re-opened.

A car driving up the hill had been struck by a falling tree and, even though the vehicle had extensive damage, the driver avoided injury.
Watch Commander Ryan from the Fire and Rescue Service thanked the public for their patience and cooperation during the incident.
