Three men have been arrested after a fight in town which left two of them in need of treatment for facial injuries at A&E.
Police officers said the incident was took place around midnight on 10 September.
Officers said that the men were initially arguing in Burrard Street, "which then resulted in a fight breaking out".
Two of the men suffered facial injuries that required treatment at A&E.
All three men – aged between 28 and 34 – were arrested at the scene. Two were arrested on suspicion of grave and criminal assault and the other man was arrested on suspicion of a breach of the peace by fighting.
The force has described the men as follows:
One was wearing a light blue t-shirt and black cargo-style shorts and had short cropped blonde hair, was of medium build and approximately 6ft tall.
One was wearing a grey t-shirt (which the police have said was ripped off in the fight) and dark blue cargo-style shorts. He had short black hair, was of a larger build and approximately 5ft 10in tall.
One had a light brown t-shirt (which the police have also said was ripped off in the fight) and cream coloured shorts on. He had short black hair, was of muscular build and approximately 6ft tall.
