And, in lighter news... A BBC weather presenter was left in fits of giggles after mistakenly referring to her colleague as the "Channel Islands" live on air.
Appearing on BBC South West's Spotlight on Monday morning, Bee Tucker was giving a weather forecast at the end of the regional news show.
Actual footage of me losing the plot at lunchtime. I know it’s Natalie presenting, not the Channel Islands ???? pic.twitter.com/kASnteAL1U

Video: Bee Tucker shared the amusing exchange on X (formerly known as Twitter).
Whilst handing back over to host Natalie Cornah, Bee was supposed to say the presenter's name but instead referred to her as the "Channel Islands".
She then corrected herself and apologised, before Bee and Natalie were seen laughing together in the studio as the credits rolled.
Bee later posted the video on social media, with the caption: "Actual footage of me losing the plot at lunchtime.
"I know it’s Natalie presenting, not the Channel Islands."
The video has amassed almost 70,000 views and hundreds of likes on the social media platform.
