Weekender Festival is set to move to a smaller location at the People's Park after 20 years at the Royal Jersey Showground – with Texas christening the new destination.
The festival announced two headline acts for this year's edition – singer-songwriter Tom Grennan and Glaswegian rock band Texas.
Founder Warren Le Sueur said on social media that he was planning "a fallow year" from the usual venue in Trinity. He promised festival-goers "a very special edition".
Playing on Saturday 31 August will be rock band Texas, originally from Glasgow, who were founded in 1988 and have released 10 studio albums. The band played the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury last year.
Tom Grennan, who was nominated for two Brit Awards in 2022 for his song 'Little Bit of Love', is due to play in Jersey on Sunday 1 September.

Lead singer Sharleen Spiteri has also had a solo career with two albums.
Weekender Festival, which started as Jersey Live in 2004, has always been held at the Trinity showground – and has hosted acts including Ed Sheeran, Madness, Ellie Goulding, and Razorlight.
Warren Le Sueur's brainchild Jersey Live ended after the 2016 edition and was replaced by the Weekender, which he has organised since.
Priority tickets to the festival will be available from 7am tomorrow (Friday 26 April) online.
