Hospitality businesses across the Island welcomed the news last week that they can reopen from Monday 22nd February as part of the Government of Jersey’s relaxation of Covid measures.
Hotels are now calling on Islanders to show their support for the industry and embrace the staycation once again.
Owner and managing director of The Atlantic Hotel, Patrick Burke said, “We were thrilled to hear that hospitality businesses including restaurants and hotels can now reopen. It’s been an extremely challenging winter for the industry so this news has been long awaited.
“While many Islanders are looking forward to travelling again, I would urge them to keep in mind the fantastic range of hotels and restaurants we have on the Island. We are extremely grateful for the support that Jersey residents gave our industry last summer and look forward to welcoming everyone back soon.”
